SUBSTRATE QUALITY
The surface to be coated must be clean, dry free of laitance, oil, grease or any substance that may impair adhesion.
The preferred method of surface preparation are: captive blasting, surface grinding or similar.
Repairs to the substrate, filling of joints, blowholes/voids and surface leveling must be carried out using the appropriate Sika® products. Refer to Sika’s Technical Department for further advice.
APPLICATION
Apply with brush, roller or trowel in one or two coats with minimum total consumption of ~1.5 kg/m² to achieve 1 mm DFT.
Do not exceed 48 hours between coats.
CLEANING OF EQUIPMENT
Clean all tools and application equipment with Thinner C after use. Hardened material can only be removed mechanically.
