QCON CAR SANITIZING SOLUTION contains quaternary ammonium chloride which has a positive charge while the microbial surface has a negative charge. Hence this is adsorbed on the bacterial/viral/fungal cell surface and diffuses through the cell wall and disturbs the cytoplasmic membrane leading to the death of cells and inactivates bacteria/fungal/viral. When it is sprayed on the interior of the car it sanitizes the surface without leaving any mark.
